Product Features

Capable of outputting higher outlet pressure while providing more gas flow with lower noise. Stable operation at higher media temperatures.
Fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different pulley diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.
Motor sliding guides provided for easy tensioning of the belt to reduce energy loss due to belt slack.
Bearing housing reserved for temperature and vibration sensor mounting positions, convenient for installing fan operation monitoring devices.
Uses liquid lubricant - no need to open bearing housing to replace and fill oil. Observation window provided for easy monitoring of lubricating oil quality and quantity.
Bearing housing uses labyrinth mechanical seal with unique leak-proof oil design, vent hole at top, and sealant on joint, completely eliminating oil leakage possibility.
Impeller annealed to completely eliminate internal stress from welding, preventing creep and cracks.
Impeller subjected to high standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable fan operation.
All products tested for running and vibration values after production for reliable operation.
